The ceremony is planned to be held in a wooded area of the Canyon Run Ranch property. In the event of heavy rain it will be moved inside to the covered reception space.

We ask that you dress for a semi-formal event, but note that there may be some short walks through natural areas so plan your footwear accordingly.

Parking assistance will be provided upon arrival. Members of the wedding party and other designated guests will be directed to park near the farmhouse and reception area, other attendees will follow to the end of the road to find the main parking area.

There will be a variety of food options both for vegetarian guests and guests with gluten restrictions. If you have additional restrictions beyond what we've listed here please let us know in the dedicated section of your digital RSVP.

Yes, there will be golf carts and drivers available to take guests from the parking lot to the ceremony space.

Yes, we just ask that they are included in the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Yes, both are located on the Canyon Run Ranch property with golf cart transportation between the two spaces available as needed.
